Getting started, at your pace

Start with the information you need. Request documents, ask a question, or arrange a conversation. A call is optional, and reaching out does not commit you to invest.

  1. Step 1

Tell us what you want to know

Ask about an offering, request its documents, or tell us what you are looking for. If you are comparing opportunities, share what matters to you, such as income, your investment timeframe, or access to your capital.

    Start with your questions
  2. Step 2

    Review the opportunity before deciding

Review the offering documents for the strategy, terms, fees, structure, and risks. Our team can answer questions as you consider whether the investment fits your needs.

Questions to cover in your review
    • How are returns described, and when are distributions expected?
    • What fees and expenses apply?
    • What could delay payments or cause a loss?
    • When does the investment end, and what redemption conditions or extensions may apply?
    • What reporting and tax documents will you receive?

A target return is not a guaranteed outcome. Review the offering documents for the complete terms.

  3. Step 3

Get help completing the required steps

Our team helps you complete the investor application and required paperwork. This includes providing your distribution instructions and completing the applicable eligibility verification process.

Before sending funds, confirm the investment amount and funding instructions with our team. The required documents and process depend on the offering you choose.

Offerings are available only to accredited investors who meet the applicable requirements. Selecting “Yes” on an inquiry form does not complete verification.

A familiar contact after you invest

You typically work with the same Investor Relations Manager throughout your relationship with All Pro Capital. They are someone you can contact when you want to ask a question or talk through your investments.

Occasionally, circumstances may lead to a handoff to another manager. Our team remains available throughout your investor experience.

Your investments, documents, and updates in one place

When you become an investor, you receive an invitation to AppFolio, your online investor portal. You can review your accounts and access investment information whenever you need it.

What to expect throughout the year

Written updates, payment instructions, and document access help you keep track of your investment. Your Investor Relations Manager is available when you want to discuss the details.

Quarterly investment updates

We post written investment updates in the portal each quarter and send a notification when a new quarterly update is available.

Updates are generally available around 30 days after quarter-end. Timing can vary.

You can review the report at your convenience and contact your Investor Relations Manager with questions.

Receiving your distributions

You provide your payment instructions during the application process. ACH is our preferred delivery method. Your investment's terms determine its distribution schedule.

Distributions and return of principal remain subject to the investment's terms and performance.

Accessing your tax documents

Tax documents are posted in your investor portal when available. The type of document depends on the investment. Contact our team if you need help locating a document.

Choose your next step

Review our current offerings or tell us what you would like to know. Request documents, arrange a conversation, or ask a question. No obligation to invest.
